Terms of Service

Welcome to AbsClub. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the AbsClub mobile application (“App”). By accessing or using AbsClub, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Using AbsClub

AbsClub provides fitness-related features including personalized workouts, progress tracking, body scan analysis, AI-generated insights, and coaching features.

You agree to use AbsClub only for lawful, personal purposes and not to misuse the App or interfere with its operation.

You must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to AbsClub or its systems.
  • Disrupt, damage, or interfere with the App or its services.
  • Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Use AbsClub for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

2. Your Account

AbsClub may create an account for you so your workouts, progress, scans, and other App information can be saved and restored.

You are responsible for the information you provide while using the App.

You can permanently delete your account from Profile → Delete Account. Account deletion permanently removes your AbsClub account and associated data and cannot be undone.

Deleting your AbsClub account does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription.

3. Scan Photos and User Content

AbsClub allows you to take or upload body photos for features such as AI-powered scan analysis and progress tracking.

You retain your rights to photos and other content you provide to AbsClub.

You are responsible for content you upload and must not upload content that is unlawful or violates another person’s rights.

Scan photos are stored privately and are not publicly available through AbsClub.

4. Fitness and AI Information

AbsClub provides workouts, body scan scores, fitness insights, AI-generated analysis, and related recommendations.

These features are provided for general fitness and informational purposes only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

AI-generated results and body scan estimates may not always be completely accurate. You should use your own judgment when following recommendations provided by the App.

Exercise within your abilities and stop exercising if you experience pain, dizziness, injury, or unusual discomfort. Seek advice from an appropriate healthcare professional when necessary.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

AbsClub may offer auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple’s App Store.

When you purchase a subscription:

  • Payment is processed by Apple through your Apple Account.
  • Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings.
  • Deleting your AbsClub account does not cancel your Apple subscription.

Any refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple’s applicable refund policies.

AbsClub does not store your full payment-card information.

6. Intellectual Property

AbsClub and its software, branding, designs, graphics, workout content, text, and other App materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use AbsClub in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

  • Copy or redistribute substantial parts of the App.
  • Sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App without permission.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to access protected parts of the software except where permitted by law.
  • Use AbsClub’s branding or content in a way that falsely suggests authorization or affiliation.

7. Privacy

Your use of AbsClub is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains what information AbsClub collects, how it is used, how scan photos and AI features are handled, and the choices available to you.

8. Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, modify, or discontinue parts of AbsClub from time to time.

We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or that the App will operate without interruptions or errors.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

AbsClub is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that:

  • every AI-generated result or scan score will be accurate;
  • every workout or recommendation will be appropriate for every user;
  • the App will always be uninterrupted or error-free;
  • all defects will always be corrected immediately.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AbsClub will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

This includes losses arising from reliance on AI-generated information, fitness recommendations, service interruptions, or unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as AbsClub changes.

When the Terms are updated, the Last Updated date at the top of this page will be revised.
